RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important at Replica Power. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of the purchase date by sending us an e-mail at returns@replicapower.com.

Please inspect your purchase carefully immediately after delivery. Returns after 15 days of purchase date or without a RA# will be refused. No exceptions will be made.

SHIPPING FEES Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

DAMAGED ITEMS All orders are insured with shipping carrier. Replica Power cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If you suspect your item has been damaged during transit, you must save all packaging materials and file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Please e-mail us at info@replicapower.com so we can help you through the process and follow up with your case.

EXCHANGES Customers seeking an exchange must still request a RA# within 15 days of purchase date by sending an e-mail to returns@replicapower.com . Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value than original item. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

REFUNDS Given you request a RA# within 15 days of the date of purchase, your purchase will be refunded upon the return and inspection of the original product. All items are inspected before a refund can be issued. The original product must be in new condition and must be returned in its original packaging to receive a refund. Original shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. Please allow 3 business days for the credit to be issued.

Note: All orders than 15 days will not be accepted. No exceptions!

Note: Returns and exchanges without a RA# will be refused.

Replica Power processes returns in Virginia. Do NOT ship your items to our offices in New Jersey. Doing so will delay the entire process.

SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to the US and Canada. Due to the nature of our product selection, local laws concerning replica weapons vary greatly from country to country. To avoid confiscations by customs and local authorities, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that Replica Power cannot be held responsible for orders seized by Customs or local authorities. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and COD fees that may apply, as these cannot be anticipated by us or calculated into our price.

Double check your shipping address before submitting an order. Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to a faulty shipping address may be shipped back to the customer, but an additional shipping and handling fee will apply. To avoid delays please make sure to double check your shipping address.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. While every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, some orders may experience short delays due to quality inspections and short periods of restocking. If we expect an extended delay on your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Domestic orders have a 3-5 day delivery time. International orders can take 2-6 week to reach its destination.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, Replica Power is not responsible for delays by shipping carriers, Customs inspections, and any other hindrance out of our control. Please know that Replica Power is on your side and we will work with you to make sure you receive your items promptly.

Backorder policy. We strive to maintain our website up to date, but we are by no means perfect. If an item you ordered is backordered or out of stock, we will contact you and offer you multiple alternatives concerning your order.

Note: Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please refer to our published Return Policy upon receiving your order. No exceptions will be made.
