CAS Hanwei and Replica Power are proud to present the latest version of Hanwei's Practice Basket-Hilt Broadsword; specially built for the re-enactor for its safety; quality and authentic look and feel. In accordance to the combat rules of many re-enactment societies; the blade of this magnificent sword is unsharpened; with 1/16� safety edges and rounded tips. The 31.75'' blade is masterfully crafted in 1065 high-carbon steel; hardened to 50HRC; which reduces edge-notching to acceptable levels while providing resilience and protection against brittleness. The scabbards are finished in matte black; ready for owner customization if desired.
